OHFI Seeks Transitional Manager

Could you undertake an exciting role on behalf of Open Home Foundation International?

We are looking for a person who could undertake a voluntary role as Transitional Manager of Open Home Foundation International.

The purpose of the role is to assist the organization make the transition to the place where it can employ a full time Director.

The skills we are looking for are leadership and management skills, along with the knowledge of modern technology and with an understanding of a voluntary agency. This person could be semi retired.

The person we are seeking would also be a committed Christian, who can identify with the vision of Open Home Foundation International and work to ensure that the vision remains at the centre of the structure and practice of the organization.

The desired outcome of this role is to develop the organization to the position where it can employ a  Director, and enhance its capability to deliver quality services to children, families and communities in developing countries.
